Liam and Sam's Musical Theatre Summer Program

Island Show Choir was privileged to work with Liam Rahme and Samantha Brownlee as Show Choir Canada competition performers this year. The talent of these two singer/dancers beamed through earning them scholarships to the prestigious Perry Mansfield Summer Theatre Intensive summer education program in Colorado. Such an honour to be recognized by some the industries leading professionals and instructors!

LIAM

Liam is a vibrant performer who captures the audience with his endless energy and commitment to the stage. Liam has been an active participant in local theatre and performing endeavours, including Theatre al Dente, Four Seasons Musical Theatre, Triple Threat Performers, and Island Show Choir. He is a very strong singer and dancer that will, no doubt pave a golden path to success!

SAM

Sam is a shining star on stage! Her heart and passion for singing and dancing has driven her to become a unique and talented performer. Sam's performance experience has touched local audiences with Theatre al Dente, Triple Threat Performers, Elevate Dance Centre, and island Show Choir. Sam brings abundant talent and potential to the performing arts; opportunities are endless for her!

Although these two talented performers have earned substantial scholarships to this incredible program, there are considerable additional costs to sending them abroad. Living on Vancouver Island can certainly be challenging and expensive, but it is essential that our local talent gain experience with other instructors and theatre groups. The funds raised will be put towards incidental costs (eg. transportation costs).
