Liahona needs a bus to Shakespeare

Each year Liahona Preparatory Academy attends one of the largest High-school and Junior High acting competitions in the world.  The students prepare for months and historically have done extremely well garnering 5 overall championships and thousands of dollars in scholarships.  Bus transportation for the 48 students is difficult to get booked with so many schools going and must be done months in advance.  We had our transportation booked last March.  Thursday night we started hearing the news that our bus company had shut its doors completely and Liahona would not have a bus for the upcoming trip now less than 2 weeks away.  We were able to find a bus in Wyoming that would take us, however the cost would be $4,000 more than what we were expecting to pay.  KUTV Channel 2 News got ahold of our story and featured it on their 10 o clock show Friday night.  After hearing our story, Le Bus corporate so kindly offered $2500 towards our new bus.  We just need $1,500 to finish off the funding and get our 48 students to the competition.  Thank you so much in advance for considering to help our students and support the arts!
