Let's help my mother fight for her life
My name is Eddy, and today I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart to ask for help for my mother, an elderly woman who is currently critically ill, battling bilateral pneumonia and COVID-19.
Some time ago, my mother had to return to Venezuela from the United States. In doing so, she lost her health insurance, and now she's in a country where the healthcare system is limited and medical costs must be paid privately and upfront. Sadly, she doesn't have the financial resources to cope with this difficult and urgent situation.
Today, her condition requires:
Hospitalization and constant medical monitoring
⚕️ 24-hour nursing care, essential for her care and stability
Specialized medications, many of which are difficult to obtain
Frequent lab tests, studies, and continuous medical checkups
Immediate attention to prevent major complications. As her son, it deeply pains me that I cannot cover these expenses on my own, despite all my efforts. It is not easy to ask for help, but my love for my mother compels me to do so, because her life is invaluable.

Ayudemos a mi madre a luchar por su vida
Mi nombre es Eddy, y hoy me dirijo a ustedes con el corazón en la mano para pedir ayuda por mi madre, una mujer anciana que actualmente se encuentra gravemente enferma, luchando contra neumonía bilateral y COVID.
Hace un tiempo, mi madre tuvo que regresar a Venezuela desde Estados Unidos. Al hacerlo, perdió su seguro médico, y hoy se encuentra en un país donde el sistema de salud es limitado y los costos médicos deben pagarse de forma privada y por adelantado. Lamentablemente, ella no cuenta con recursos económicos para afrontar esta situación tan dura y urgente.

Como hijo, me duele profundamente no poder cubrir solo estos gastos, a pesar de todos mis esfuerzos. No es fácil pedir ayuda, pero el amor por mi madre me impulsa a hacerlo, porque su vida es invaluable.
