Celebrating America Through Music Tour Fundraiser

In June of 2016, the Lincoln High School Choir will become music ambassadors, proudly representing our community and country and they engage in a 9 day tour though Austria, the Czech Republic, and Germany in celebration of the 51st anniversary of the beloved musical, The Sound of Music.
This Choir embodies the heart and soul of Lincoln, an All American City, and they will be sharing this spirit with these countries as they perform at the St Nicolas Church in Prauge, St Stephan's Cathedral in Vienna, and Melk Abbey in Austria.
In addition, the LHS Choir will be joining with local choirs along the way, bringing our countries together in the universal language of music.
A trip like this has been unfathomable to many of these students, whom without this planned trip might lack the resources to even consider international travel. Our Primary goal is to raise enough money to sponsor 14 deserving students on this tour. Of course, we would love to blow this goal out of the water and send the whole choir! Please take the time to consider a donation. Through your generosity, these students will be able to share their talents with the world!
