Our Story
We are Rajen, Sagar, Sushang, and Tek, all bound by heritage and a common goal. This year we will support every Gurkha veteran, men who served with courage, discipline, and humility. Men whose sacrifices and values shaped the people we are today.
Now, it’s our turn to serve and support the Gurkhas. Together, we are taking on a 100km ultra marathon to raise funds for the Gurkha Welfare Trust UK, an organisation that has dedicated decades to supporting Gurkha veterans and their families with dignity, care, and hope.
Why We’re Running?
Our fathers’ generation faced unimaginable challenges, far from home, protecting people they had never met. They endured the cold, the heat, the hunger, and the fear — yet they stood tall. The Gurkha Welfare Trust continues to honour this legacy by providing pensions to veterans in Nepal, delivering essential medical care, rebuilding homes after disasters, and ensuring that no Gurkha hero is left behind.
We believe that the least we can do is endure a single day of pain, sweat, and exhaustion to raise vital funds for those who gave their all. For us, 100km isn’t just a number — it’s a tribute to their strength and resilience.
The Challenge Ahead
Running 100km in one stretch is no small feat. There will be moments of doubt, and moments of fatigue, but we will keep going. For the people who never gave up on their duty, and for the families who still rely on the Gurkha Welfare Trust’s support.
How You Can Help?
Our goal is to raise as much as possible for this cause. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Your contribution could fund a veteran’s pension for a month, provide life-saving medical treatment, or help rebuild a home destroyed by floods or earthquakes.
Please support our fundraiser and help us give back to those who gave everything.
With gratitude,
Rajen, Sagar, Sushang, and Tek
