Help Lexi Defeat Leukemia

In the summer of 2016, I met this amazing woman that had such an infectious smile and the most beautiful soul that I have ever encountered. I fell in love with her. In spring 2019, she went to the doctor for bruising, and was diagnosed with CML, Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia, and our lives changed. That infectious smile started to fade, and you could see a pain buried beneath each laugh. That beautiful soul became fragile, angry, and afraid about what had happened. The line "It's not fair" became our catchphrase of 2019. And the diagnosis hasn’t got easier.
We don't usually ask for money, or handouts, but we need help. We're fortunate enough to live near a great cancer center with great doctors who specialize in CML and BMT, Bone Marrow Transplant, but the expenses have become too much even with the insurance. We're only in our late 20's are still trying to get on our own two feet. Lexi has just finished her undergraduate degree in Human Biology, after her time in the Navy, and still after all of this wants to be a doctor! But right now we can't even think about further schooling because we can't even afford the treatment she needs to fight her cancer. I will do anything to keep this amazing girl around till we're old and ready to go on our own terms, but I need help... I need so much help.
Her cancer has recently progressed to a more aggressive stage, which is why I'm finally asking the internet for help, because we need every little bit, and I don't know where to go. I'm scared, she's scared, it's not fair, and it breaks my heart to see her curl into a ball and cry. We've always been good people, but now we need good people.
