My name is Lexi Hidalgo and I am currently your Miss Boca Raton Teen USA. On December 14-17th, 2017 I will be competing for the title of Miss Florida Teen USA in Tampa,Florida.

I want to take this opportunity to tell you more about myself. I am 16 years old with strong passions. I attend Boca Raton Community High School where I am a Varsity cheerleader, an ROTC and involved in my schools selective leadership program. At the age of 13, I became a Nationally Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 hours). I was at a very difficult stage in my middle school years and yoga changed my life.During my 7th and 8th grade years I was bullied and yoga taught me how to love myself and disregard what others thought of me. I learned the value of knowing my self-worth. My ultimate goal is to use my yoga platform as Miss Florida Teen to help adults and children be inspired, follow their dreams and believe in themselves! I used yoga to get through tough times would love share it.

Participation for this competition is expensive, I would truly appreciate any donations to help me represent my city! I want to bring home the crown and represent the state of Florida for 2018 Miss Teen USA.

I am working to perfect my interview skills, walking and fitness level as they are all parts of the competition. I have the best group of coaches around. Every penny makes a difference!
