Hi everyone, my name is Jazmah Shambaugh. I I am looking to raise money to help my brother & sister in law with the ease of not worrying about any bills or traveling expenses. Dustin & Autumn have 3 boys: Silas, Emmett, & Levi.
My nephew Levi was admitted to Altoona Hospital on May 26th for pneumonia. Levi’s left lung is completely white in the X ray. During his stay they also found E.Coli in his blood.
Levi had to do multiple treatments, tests, and physical therapy during his stay so far. Today May 30th they got the news they will be transferring Levi to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh for his lungs.
While Dustin or autumn won’t be able to go to work during there stay, money will eventually get tight & I want that not to be a worry while they focus on little levi getting better.
