Hi my name is Katy Crockett, I just got done doing 5 years in Perryville prison where I spent my time being a firefighter on the fire crew. I have turned my life around. I have been out for 30 days. On September 9th after we had a beautiful lunch with my son who is battling mental health and addiction was shot and killed by Phoenix Police department. I am trying to raise money to give my son a proper burial as I have only been out for 30 days I have no money yet. Levi was a wonderful man. He was involved in a bad car accident where he lost his left arm. He was overcoming that. Levi was a gentleman he made the females walk on the inside of the sidewalk, he would hold doors open doors he was just a complete gentleman. Levi would do anything to help anybody. He loved his family so much. Levi had the best personality. He could make anybody laugh and that's what he loved to do. He had a smile that would brighten the room and his goal was to make sure everybody was smiling and happy. As we are not sure what was going on to lead up to this tragic event, we want to give Levi a proper burial. Anything will help and be greatly appreciated.
