My brother, Mason Dietrich, has been a successful gamer his entire life. Now he is actively fighting a battle against cancer. After being in the ICU for 11 days, Mason was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of lymphoma. Three days later, he started a potent, intense chemotherapy treatment called Hyper CVAD. He will receive these treatments while in Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. In between treatments, he will be able to rest at home. After his chemo cycles are complete, a stem cell transplant will be the next step in his treatment.

In his gaming community, Mason is known as Potty, a popular streamer and known Crash Bandicoot Speed Runner famous for completing games like Crash Bandicoot: Warped, in world record times. He entertains and interacts with gamers from around the world on his Twitch platform. He has participated in online Games Done Quick (GDQ) events where he raised money for cancer charities. His family and friends are rallying to support Mason.

Money donated will also be used to help pay for family members to stay at Family House, a charity-based hotel directly across from the hospital.
