Leukemia Research in Memory of Scott Robertson

Hi All,

After a long and extremely brave battle with a rare form of leukemia, a good friend of mine recently passed away.

In honour of Scott and to raise funds for Leukemia research and the ward who treated him, I am running the Barry Half Marathon at the end of April.

If anyone has seen me attempt to play football throughout the years, you will know running of any form is 100% not my bag.

In fact, i was once (rather savagely) informed by a respiratory expert at Ninewells during an asthma assesment in 2010 as having 'extremely poor functioning lungs' and told I would never be able to run a marathon so I am putting that to the test, of sorts.

I can already hear Scott saying "can't believe you're only doing a half marathon for me after all I went through"

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, however if I can reach my target of £500 and beyond, I'll further my suffering on the day by wearing the full kit of Scott's beloved Man Utd during the marathon.
