Leukemia now makes Angie strong x3.

Hi my name is Ally and I am Angie's youngest sister. Angie came in to the ER on Tuesday August 31st with a bad toothache. She had a really bad infection in her mouth that caused her entire face to swell up. They still do not know what caused it but because of how swollen the infection was they had to do surgery on her immediately, and they had to make a small incision in her neck to help kill the bacteria.

While Angie was in the hospital, they did some blood work and we received some not so good news... the big C word that we've heard multiple times for her... Angie was just diagnosed with having CML which is a form of Leukemia. For those who know Angie she is a survivor of having Melanoma 2xs already.

Angie just started a new job one month ago so she has no health insurance or assistance at this time as we are still looking at all her options. Once Angie is discharged she will start chemo pills for the CML and will be out of work for quite some time. The money will be used for her bills, medical needs and to get her through these tough times.
