Hello, My name is Analidia Macias and I am creating this go fund me page for our daughter Christina. I’m going to back track for a moment and give you her story! A few years ago we found out she was giving us another grandchild! Definitely gave us so much joy but things didn’t work out the way we wanted it to. God had a plan and had to take that baby back home. As you may know Christina was very devastated but held herself together . About a year later The Purvis family announced their rainbow baby!! This was a very bitter sweet journey as she was afraid of going thru the same thing again! Pregnancy was great for Christina besides your regular pregnancy aches and pains! And then on July 13 2021 Christian Purvis made his way into the world weighing 8 pounds 3 ounces. The joy of the day was just so overwhelming and there was so much love in the air. As follow before discharge they wanted to do routine blood work before releasing her . That’s when our whole world changed!! Christina has been diagnosed with Leukemia 22% in her blood and 60% in her bone marrow . Our child has just had a baby and after only 5 days of being able to bond with her family she had to go back to the hospital to start her chemo. The plan was for her to stay at the hospital for 1 month kicking Leukemia’s ass!!! After 1 month of treatment and going thru all the changes that this treatment brings it was time to run test!! Everything seemed to be going as planned and she finally was going to be able to be with her family! Things changed and tho the Leukemia cells showed they were dying it also showed that her numbers were spiking back up and now she has to stay for another month and receive more chemo more aggressive! Imagine just having a baby and not being able to be there and enjoy the joys of having your newborn . It has been a tough few months but SHE WILL BEAT this and this will be her testimony!!
