Lettie’s Medical Fund

Our son & daughter-in-law, Jordan & Haiden, gave birth to their first baby, Lettie Jude on October 27, 2021. It was quickly determined that she was struggling and needed some assistance breathing. Following a battery of tests, it was determined she was having some difficulty with her heart functioning properly, had very high acid levels in her blood, and along with other struggles she was needing support . She was immediately whisked to NICU, with Mommy & Daddy barely getting to see her. The following day Lettie was transferred to Kansas City Children’s Mercy Hospital.

Our entire family is so grateful for family and brothers & sisters in Christ who have continually lifted up Lettie, Jordan, Haiden, as well as our entire family in prayer, as well as the steady stream of texts, calls, hotel points, etc, so both grandmas can continue to stay & support them in every way possible. Meals provided, friends & family showing up in so may glorious ways. God is showing up & showing off in so many powerful ways through His healing and through so many kindnesses from the people He has placed around us.

Lettie is making big strides daily, and we are overwhelmed by the goodness of God. We are uncertain how long our beautiful baby will be in the hospital, but as you can imagine, it gets expensive living away from home, and even with insurance, there will be some big medical expenses to come.

We get texts and calls all day, every day, asking “How can we help?” So we decided this might be easiest to share a central location for those who would like to help them out. They would be so grateful for any help you are able to provide. we thank you for the continued prayers from the bottom of our hearts. God is writing an incredible testimony right before our eyes.
