Gooch 's Car Fund

Who  doesn't love that face?! Our friend and brother William Gooch was in a car accident yesterday.   He had minor physical injuries, but his car is totaled.   Unfortunately he was misled by his insurance company to believe he had full coverage insurance but now the company is saying it was liability only and is not willing to help with the cost of his vehicle. Gooch now owes $8000 on a totaled car and still needs reliable transportation We have set up this GoFundMe page so that we his church family and friends can step in to act as the emergency safety net that he doesn’t have from biological family.  As you may or may not know, Gooch lost his mom and dad when he was a child.  He has been making his way on his own since he was barely a teenager.  He has a huge heart for ministry and music and that has kept him going throughout most of his life. Gooch has been able to focus on music ministry even more since he’s had a stable job for the past three years, but having a car is critical to his ability to keep that job and continue this work.

With the holidays coming, maybe you are planning your year end generous donations and giving.  Perhaps this year you can take this opportunity to help our brother Gooch. He would never ask for help himself and we would like to KEEP THIS A SECRET for now while we are raising money. PLEASE DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING TO GOOCH AT THIS TIME AND DO NOT SHARE PUBLICLY ON FACEBOOK. We don't want to embarrass Gooch or in any way make him feel uncomfortable,  but when the time does come we will show Gooch this page and he will be able to see all of the friends and church family who came together to help him in his time of need. If we can find 200 people who could give just $50 we could reach our goal! (or 50 people who could give $200! ;) ) Thank you for ANY amount you can give that will help ease his financial burden.
