Help Let’s Talk About Mouth Cancer & Canmore Trust

Hi, we are 4 mates who all attended the university of Dundee.

On the 3rd of march we will be competing in the Glasgow Hyrox.

Hyrox is a a “global fitness race for Every Body” which comprises of 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times.

In conjunction with training for this race we aspire to raise a sum of £500 for our two chosen charities:- “Lets Talk About Mouth Cancer” and “The Canmore Trust”.

Let’s Talk About Mouth Cancer is a charity focused on raising awareness of Mouth Cancer, it’s signs, symptoms, associated risk factors and avenues for seeking advice.

The Canmore trust:- This charity’s is committed to creating safe spaces for individuals affected by suicide.

We would all really appreciate any donations big or small.
