Sadly “2026” is looking like a year with some tragic events….my family very recently had our own with so much love and support and now I really want to pay it forward so this beautiful family feels that same love and support! Yesterday morning one of my sons best friends Grant lost his home in a fire. His mom Michelle and dad John purchased the home and they all had just moved in within the past couple of months. Michelle’s grandpa had built this home so it had years of family history so they were so excited to continue raising their family in such a special place. We all know the struggle in California with fire insurance and sadly they were in the process of waiting for an approval on that. Thankfully this family had left for the day so no one was home and they’re all safe but left with only their vehicles. It is so heartbreaking also that all the kids doggies and kitties were in the home and did not survive. Grants dog Amelia did manage to escape but this family literally lost all belongings and a family home that meant so much! My son and Grant are 15 year old boys that ride dirt bikes together and it crushed me to see pictures he was sending last night of his pride and joy totally melted! Of course with my heavy heart I wanted to do something to help my sons best friend and his family and like I said during our own recent tragic family event a Go Fund Me was started and at first I felt guilty and a little uncomfortable but it was such a big blessing and stress reliever! I really really know this sweet family with beautiful kiddos needs this help in the worst way and want them to feel the love and support to help them get through this sad situation.
