Let's Support the Nichols Family

As you may or may not be aware, Kate Nichols, our SVP of Retail Operations in the Pacific West, has been managing extraordinary circumstances over the last year. Kate has been with our new Pacific West Senior Retail Leadership team for the past 18 years. She came to CMG in the spring of 2023, leading strong to pave the path for the onboarding of the Homebridge team. She has impactfully led over the past year through the integration and our new CMG Retail Sales & Ops structures.

Alongside her exceptional leadership support on the work front, Kate has been providing incredible support to her family as her husband, Cameron, faces a significant battle against Squamous Carcinoma cancer. Kate and Cameron have two sons, Grady (15) and Connor (13). Despite it all, Kate and Cam have been there through all of life’s important opportunities and events for their kids, and Kate has been unwavering in her leadership support to our everyday needs. It’s no wonder why her work family refers to her as Super Kate! So grateful for her commitment and perseverance. Her positive & abundant mindset embodies our values at CMG. Please join us in keeping Cameron and their family in your thoughts or prayers as Cameron is in the midst of a clinical trial at Rutgers this week, as Kate is working remotely by his side.
