Let’s Support Samantha Throughout Radiation!

Hi everyone, my name is Dulcinea and I am fundraising on behalf of my amazing friend Samantha.

 

Two weeks ago she was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor behind her left eye (Meningioma) that has unfortunately taken most of her sight in that eye within a matter of days. The tumor is significant in size and in a spot that is too dangerous to remove. Because of this, she has recently started radiation treatment and will continue to receive radiation every week day for 2-3 months in hopes that the tumor will stop growing and hopefully allow her to get some of her sight back.

 

Samantha is great at helping others and has dedicated her career to such efforts. I want us to show her the same level of love and support. The next few months are going to be challenging for her, and funding is essential for her to be able to focus on her health to recover for her and her family during this time. Funding needed is to help cover the cost of some living and medical expenses while she is in treatment.

 

She is an incredibly strong person who has been working hard as a nonprofit employee, a board member, finishing her Bachelor’s degree, all while being a great partner and a sassy mom to the cutest little chunk.

 

As donations come in, details will be revealed about eligibility for potentially receiving one of Samantha’s own paintings as a personal thank you.
