Let’s Support Mike! ❤️ Hockey Family

If you play hockey in NEPA then you probably know Mike and his wife Daphne. They are always at the rink with smiles and a big part of our hockey family. Daphne takes so many wonderful hockey pictures for us all, for free donating her time and skills just because she loves us all so much.

During a skating clinic Mike unfortunately caught an edge (something that can happen no matter your skill level) it didn’t seem like too bad of a spill but Mike did break his ankle and had to have emergency surgery so repair the damage. We have no idea how long his recovery is going to take at this point and he is the main breadwinner for his family. Mike, his wife Daphne and their kids really need our help right now!

As a hockey family we take care of our own. And as a community we need to pull together and help those in their toughest times. So let’s get together and make sure this amazing family doesn’t have any extra struggles while Mike is recovering. They are the kind of family that always give and ask for nothing from anyone but I can’t think of a family more deserving of our support or who has done more for our community.
