Dear Friends & Family,

As many of you know, my dear friend Tara passed away, leaving behind a profound loss for all who knew her. One of Tara’s final wishes was to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery, a decision that unfortunately couldn't be reflected in her military paperwork in time. As her designated Person Authorized to Direct Disposition (PADD), Ma took on the responsibility of ensuring Tara's wishes were honored, which included navigating legal challenges to secure Tara’s internment at Arlington—a process that incurred unexpected expenses.

This has been an incredibly taxing burden for Ma, who is already grieving the loss of her daughter. We want to come together as a community to help lift this financial weight off her shoulders, allowing her to focus on finding peace and healing after this heartbreaking loss. Our goal is to raise $4,939 to cover the costs associated with the legal fees and expenses of this long journey.

What makes this even more special is that, if we exceed our goal, Ma has pledged to donate any extra funds to Hero Dogs, the incredible organization that has the service dog named "Tara," in memory of her beloved daughter. This would be a beautiful way to continue Tara’s legacy of giving and love.
