Ivette siempre ha sido una mujer vibrante, apasionada por la vida, y dedicada a su familia. Nació en Guadalajara, México, exploró el mundo y finalmente construyó su vida en Melbourne, Australia, en donde construyo una carrera, encontró el amor de su vida y juntos crearon una hermosísima familia con dos pequeñitos de 3 y de 5 años.

En 2021, con 35 semanas de embarazo, Ivette recibió una noticia que nadie esta preparado para recibir: tenía cáncer de mama. Lo que creyó que era una bolita inofensiva resultó ser un diagnóstico que puso su vida en peligro. De la noche a la mañana, pasó de prepararse para recibir a su bebita a someterse a una cesárea de emergencia para iniciar la quimioterapia de inmediato. Fue una lucha por su vida y por el futuro de su hijos. Y como guerrera que es, gano la batalla.

Pero la semana pasada, en febrero de 2025, su mundo se derrumbó otra vez.

A Ivette le diagnosticaron cáncer de mama metastásico en etapa cuatro. El cáncer se ha extendido a su hígado y columna vertebral. Esta es la etapa más avanzada de la enfermedad y es responsable del 90% de las muertes por cáncer de mama. En Australia, solo el 27% de las mujeres sobreviven cinco años después de recibir este diagnóstico. No tenemos palabras para expresar lo difícil que es vivir esta situación. Como mujer, esposa, mama, hija, hermana, amiga que es, esta nueva realidad es angustiante todos los días porque su vida esta en riesgo como nunca. A pesar de estas estadísticas aterradoras, sabemos que Ivette no se va a rendir. Ella tiene mucha fe, mucha esperanza, y está comprometida en hacer absolutamente todo lo posible para sanar y recuperar su salud.

Por Qué Tu Ayuda es Tan Importante?

Ivette no solo está luchando contra el cáncer; está luchando por tiempo. Ella sabe lo que significa perder a un papá, ya que perdió al suyo cuando era chiquita y no puede soportar la idea de que sus hijos pasen por el mismo dolor. Se visualiza fuerte, sana y libre de cáncer—corriendo en la playa con su familia, riéndose con sus amigas y su hermana y construyendo nuevos proyectos de vida con su esposo mientras escucha a Bob Dylan, Coldplay y Shakira. Pero no puede hacerlo sola.

Help Ivette Fight Stage Four Metastatic Breast Cancer: Support Her Journey to Healing

Ivette has always been a vibrant woman, passionate about life and deeply devoted to her family. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, she explored the world before settling in Melbourne, Australia, where she built her career, found the love of her life, and together, they created a beautiful family with two little ones, aged 3 and 5.

In 2021, at 35 weeks pregnant, Ivette received news that no one is ever prepared for—she had breast cancer. What she initially thought was a harmless lump turned out to be a life-threatening diagnosis. Overnight, she went from preparing to welcome her baby to undergoing an emergency C-section so she could start chemotherapy immediately. It became a battle for her life and for the future of her children. And like the warrior she is, she won.

But last week, in February 2025, her world was turned upside down once again.

Ivette has now been diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer. The cancer has spread to her liver and spine. This is the most advanced stage of the disease and is responsible for 90% of breast cancer deaths. In Australia, only 27% of women survive five years after receiving this diagnosis. As a woman, wife, mum, daughter, sister, and friend, this reality is heartbreaking for her and for us. there are no words to explain how difficult this situation is on a daily basis, the risk is greater than ever before.

Despite these terrifying statistics, we know that Ivette will not give up. She has immense faith, endless hope, and a deep commitment to doing everything possible to heal and beat cancer for good.

Why Your Help Is So Important

Ivette is not just fighting cancer; she is fighting for time. She knows what it means to lose a parent—she lost her dad as a little girl—and she cannot bear the thought of her own children going through the same pain. She has always taken care of her health, stayed active, and embraced a spiritual life, yet this diagnosis has hit like a storm. How do you face something like this?

Ivette is a warrior, and she is determined to win this battle. She has so many dreams to fulfil, so much to teach her children—she wants to see them grow, guide them, support them, and simply be there for them. She envisions herself strong, healthy, and cancer-free—running on the beach with her family, laughing with her sister and friends, and creating new life projects with her husband while listening to Bob Dylan, Coldplay, and Shakira.

But she can’t do it alone.
