My name is Aubrey Argo, and I am a Deacon-Elect of Saint Peter Baptist Church. In tandem with the leadership of our congregation, We come to you with humble hearts on behalf of our beloved Chairman Senior Deacon and Deaconess, Mr. and Mrs. Sanford Cousin.

Both Deacon Sanford and Deaconess Cornelia Cousin are currently facing serious medical challenges. As the cost of their care continues to rise exponentially, our church family is rallying together to offer them the support they so richly deserve.

Deacon Cousin has been a pillar of our community for over 60 years, dedicating his life to service—both in the church and in our nation’s military as a proud U.S. Army soldier. His wife, Deaconess Cornelia Cousin, has been equally steadfast in her faith and service as a lifelong member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. Sis Cousin served as a Nurse's Aide in the hospital and on private duty, taking care of many over the years. Deacon Cousin also has the distinction of being a Past Master of Newnan Lodge No. 299 Prince Hall. Deaconess Cousin has served the Prince Hall Jurisdiction of Georgia Order of Eastern Star for decade after decade.

Together, they have touched countless lives through their unwavering commitment to faith, family, and community. Now, in their time of need, we are asking for your help to give back to this extraordinary couple. They have been by each other's side now for over 65 years. The intent is to keep them together in their own home as they age in place, and not face separation by long-term care facilities. Your generous donation will help ease the financial burden of their caregiving expenses and allow them to focus on healing and comfort.
