Hi, my name is Priscila Tiscareno and I am fundraising for Jazmyn Bravo and her family.

Jazmyn is a 19-year-old girl from Topeka, KS. She is a proud high school graduate and she also graduated from Washburn Tech as a Welder in 2022. Sadly, Jazmyn was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on November 11 of 2022.

Jazmyn started her chemo sessions and thereafter, her surgeries. In the process, she lost a lot of weight and hair but never her faith and bright smile. Since then, Jazmyn has been struggling and fighting against this disease.

On April 19 of 2023, doctors performed the first surgery where the humerus was removed and replaced with titanium. She started to recover, so she could start with chemo sessions and try to kill the cancer that got spread to her lungs.

Unfortunately, and without notice on June 4, Jazmyn ended up in the Stormont Vail Emergency Room due to uncontrollable pain in her back and legs. Doctors couldn't do anything to help her, so she got translated by helicopter to the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City to perform an emergency surgery due to the cancer that had been spread to her spine and the risk to lose her ability to walk.

Today, June 6, Jazmyn is still recovering at the hospital, smiling and spreading light and love to her family and friends. We created this account to help with medical expenses, and to help Jazmyn's family during this difficult time. Jazmyn is loved and blessed by her parents and her three siblings, who after all they had been through keep fighting together, helping each other, and supporting Jazmyn wherever she is.

Jazmyn es una chica de 19 años de Topeka, KS. Es una orgullosa graduada de la escuela secundaria y también se graduó de Washburn Tech como soldadora en 2022. Lamentablemente, a Jazmyn le diagnosticaron osteosarcoma el 11 de noviembre de 2022.

Los médicos no pudieron hacer nada para ayudarla, por lo que la trasladaron en helicóptero al Hospital de la Universidad de Kansas en Kansas City para realizar una cirugía de emergencia debido al cáncer que se había extendido a su columna vertebral y el riesgo de perder la capacidad de caminar.

Hoy, 6 de junio, Jazmyn sigue recuperándose en el hospital, sonriendo y esparciendo luz y amor a su familia y amigos. Creamos esta cuenta para ayudar con los gastos médicos y ayudar a la familia de Jazmyn durante este momento difícil. Jazmyn es amada y bendecida por sus padres y sus tres hermanos, quienes después de todo lo que han pasado siguen luchando juntos, ayudándose unos a otros y apoyando a Jazmyn dondequiera que esté.
