Hey everyone I’m Jess and as most of you already know our beautiful Katie Mae is currently in the ICU intubated and fighting for her life. She is really sick but hanging on.

Katie went to the hospital in Puyallup WA on Monday 1/26 after feeling off due to being sick with Bronchitis, she was then hospitalized, intubated, and placed on a ventilator.

Tuesday she took a turn for the worse and coded, CPR was performed and she came back. Since then Katie has continued to fight but her numbers have not improved enough to come off the ventilator so she had to be airlifted to another hospital where they were able to continue her care and she would be able to be placed on an ECMO machine if needed.

Katie has been a rock for her Fiancée Nick as he continues to battle metastatic lung cancer.

Katie is the sunshine on a cloudy day, she is the unicorn in a herd of horses. She is incredibly important to so many of us and would give everything to help anyone even if it means giving up her jacket when she hates the cold.
