Friends, I'm reaching out today because someone we care about needs a little help from his community. On June 12, Bubba will be undergoing surgery and will need 4-6 weeks to recover. During that time, he'll be unable to work and will be focused on healing and getting back on his feet. Anyone who knows Bubba knows he's the kind of person who shows up when people need him. Now it's our turn to show up for him.

While he recovers, the bills won't stop coming. Rent, utilities, groceries, transportation, and other everyday expenses will continue, even while he's unable to earn his usual income. We're hoping to ease some of that burden so he can focus on healing instead of worrying about how he's going to make ends meet. We're raising funds to help cover approximately six weeks of living expenses during his recovery.
