I’m raising funds to support my mom as she prepares to undergo a transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), a life-saving but delicate heart procedure. While we’re deeply grateful this option is available to her, the process has come with several unexpected costs - not just medical, but practical things like travel, gas, hotels, and meals.

Her care team is based several hours away, and between pre-op appointments, the procedure itself, and follow-up visits, we’ve found ourselves facing more expenses than we anticipated.

My mom is the kind of person who shows up for others…quietly, generously, and without asking for anything in return. She's spent her life giving: her time, her care, her strength. Whether it’s supporting her family, checking in on friends, or helping someone in need, she gives her heart freely.

Now she needs her own heart cared for, and I want to do everything I can to make sure she gets to this procedure safely, with the support and comfort she deserves.
