I’m putting this together for someone a lot of us know and love:AJ Shorsey, our incredible drummer at Urban Village Church. AJ is one of those folx who’s always ready to step in and serve—whether it’s through music, lending a hand, or just showing up with his whole heart.

This month, AJ is scheduled for urgent oral surgery and the total cost is $3,800. He just started a new job and doesn’t have insurance yet, so he’s stuck covering the full amount out of pocket. And to add to it, he and his partner are planning their wedding this year—this unexpected medical expense is a real blow in the middle of what should be a joyful season.

So here’s where we can help.
