Last week Ron Keeling unexpectedly passed away. So many of us have been touched by Ron’s life either directly or through his beautiful family and want to support Patsy, his sons, and his grandchildren during this difficult time.

Ron Keeling’s priorities in life were to love God and love people. He wore many hats in life, and they were often “others focused.” Not only was he a loving father, husband, and later grandfather, but he also served as a pastor, frequently supporting and guiding others through their own loss. He did so through music, sermons, and as the loving voice of being a funeral officiant.

Ron raised three incredible sons and they all have added so much to the world around them. In his passing, he left a giant hole in the communities he served, but more than that he left a hole in his family. As they prepare to enter into their new normal without Ron a lot of expenses will pop up from medical bills, funeral expenses, and moving expenses. His loss will have more of an impact than the already overwhelming emotional loss the family is currently facing.

Ron’s youngest son, John, is one of our best friends and we have been at a loss trying to figure out how we can support this incredible family in a tangible way. While we know this time has been hard for so many, we also know that John and his family have shown up for many of us during our most difficult times. Thus, we are asking if any of you might be able to offer even just a little support at this time.
