Hare Krishna!

All the cows at Krsna Balarama Village (KBV), other than those who were born here, have wandered into KBV on their own and stayed, finding sanctuary and protection. It was not our plan, but it was Krishna’s plan to make KBV a free-roaming cow sanctuary.

Padma, one such cow, who has been with us for 5 years, is the original leader of the herd. She is in need of our compassionate help.

Padma has developed a severe eye infection. Initial assessments suggest the possibility of cancer. Padma was taken to the veterinary hospital to receive the critical treatment and care she urgently needs. Her recovery will be a journey, requiring ongoing medical attention and specialized care.

It is said that cow protection is one of our main duties. In that spirit, please contribute to Padma's treatment fund, helping us provide her with the best possible chance for healing and comfort in her golden years. Your kindness will directly impact her well-being, and allow us to continue providing the caring home she chose five years ago.
