Let's show love to the Walton Family

Donation protected
Many of you know the Walton family. As many of us have followed their story through the journey of their daughters. Ellie was born with a brain tumor and after four years of fighting, she sadly passed away at just four years of age.
*** Sarah spends countless hours raising money for their charity, which they started to honor Ellie, to help family's going thru similar circumstances. She is always giving and raising for others.  It's time to help this family that helps so many others!

We then watched as their oldest daughter Ava went through the heartbreak of losing her sister, struggling with Tourette’s, anxiety, depression, self-harm, autism, PMDD, and adhd. Ava recently underwent an MRI that showed she has a maxillary sinus cyst (her father has a pituitary gland cyst), which is what is causing her chronic migraines. If the medications don’t work to stop the headaches, she may have to have surgery to remove it.

They then welcomed two more beautiful girls into the world.

First was Avery, who soon developed epilepsy, and suffered from a genetic abnormality called morning glory disc anomaly, leaving her blind in one eye. Avery’s journey has been long, hard, and extremely emotional. As her journey brings about much of the things their sweet Ellie had to go through. Avery has a very long round ahead as they try to navigate and maintain her seizures. She may also be facing eye corrective surgery.

Their youngest Ainsley is by the grace of God, healthy and such a bossy baby. She gets that from Ellie.

Sarah has been dealing with chronic pain since giving birth to Ainsley almost 2 years ago. Leaving her on trial medication that isn’t covered by insurance as she tries to stop the pain that debilitating her.

Recently, Kyle, the only person in the family working, (since Sarah has been going to school to try and get her nursing degree), has been having major eye problems. When he was eight years old, he shot his eye with a BB gun. Over the years his retina slowly detached, leaving him completely blind in his right eye (the same eye as Avery). He has been a diabetic for many years, this caused glaucoma to form in his right eye, which only made the eye worse. After years and years of trying to maintain and save the eye it has become apparent that the eye needs to be removed. It is now severely infected, and he is in excruciating pain!!

The Walton family is stuck. This surgery is expensive and leaves them without income to cover their living expenses.
Kyle is in so much pain, that he has been out of work, and the surgery is scheduled for Thursday the 9th. From there he is looking at having his eye sewn shut for a week, and then he will be black and blue for at least three weeks. The total recovery is up to six weeks. This means that they will be without income for well over a month. Now the surgery itself is and the prosthetic are extremely expensive. They are looking at 7000.00 just for the eye itself. The surgery cost hopefully won’t be too invasive since their deductible is completely met this year (the only good thing about this whole situation)! Their biggest need right now is paying their cost of living, as Kyle will be on FMLA, but we aren’t sure if he will get medical leave. Even if he does, it brings in about $140 a week after they take everything out of his check (medical, union dues, taxes, dental, 401k). We all know that $140 a week doesn’t even cover groceries for a family of five that is constantly going to and from doctors' appointments. This week alone they have been to seven appointments, and it’s not even Friday yet.

We know times are hard for everyone right now, but I’m praying at the very least we can shower the Walton family with love and prayers!
