Dear whom may be reading, 
My sister Roxann Reeves was born February 4th,   1986. She was born with complications such as       hypertension, Cerebral palsy, and a hole on one side of her heart. She had surgery as a newborn and was expected to never live past 5 years old. Roxann was never supposed to walk or talk the doctors       said. My sister fought a great life and achieved many things nobody thought would be possible. My sister graduated high school, always had a job, always did good by friends and family , and also had a baby girl three years ago. My sister still suffered with her heart and breathing all her life and managed to give her child anything to keep a smile on her face.  As an 18 year old who is her sister , I now have to   grieve the loss of a beautiful sister, my only sister.      I’ve helped my sister face her challenges and get     through them as lightly as possible including              taking care of her beautiful , talented , intelligent      three year old. I will forever be torn. Roxann & our family had just suffered a traumatic loss 5 days ago when our grandfather passed away. We are in a really hard time and our hearts are broken deeply. Friends, family, and the community are all suffering from this loss right now. Anything you have to help with funeral arrangements and the burial is                endlessly  appreciated.
