Let's Send Kenny's Grandson To College
Donation protected
From a guy that refuses to ask anyone for anything, I am sure this will get Kenny pretty upset that he's the center of attention for 30 seconds. The good news is that Kenny's opinion doesn't matter on this one!
Kenny Sharp has been a beloved figure in the Atlanta scene for several decades. With his brutal honesty and quick wit, he has dealt countless hands, creating unforgettable memories and friendships. Anyone who has sat at a table with Kenny knows he's one of Atlanta's most respected. His friendly demeanor, expert knowledge of the game and ability to recall the most random sports facts made him a favorite among players. His ability to deal out bad beats just as quickly as good ones earned him the love/hate of all.
But beyond his love for poker, Kenny's true passion was his family. He adored his wife, Tina, and their daughter, Lauren, whom he raised with love and devotion. And when his grandson, Kannon, was born, Kenny's love for his family only grew stronger.
As Kenny's health has declined, and he has now entered hospice care. Over the past few years, his family and friends rallied around him, determined to show him how much he meant to them. We have started a FreeFunder campaign to send Kannon to college, ensuring that Kenny's legacy would live on through his grandson's education.
WHILE KENNY IS STILL WITH US, WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW HIM NOW THAT THE PEOPLE HE HAS TOUCHED WILL COME TOGETHER TO TAKE CARE OF HIS FAMILY DOWN THE ROAD.
Despite his challenges, Kenny has remained positive and strong, never losing his sense of humor or his love for his family.
Kenny Sharp will always be remembered as a kind, generous soul, a legend in the Atlanta community, and a devoted family man. His legacy will continue to inspire those who knew him, and his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched.
