To our coffee community —

If you’ve ever roasted Loma La Gloria, then you already know the quiet excellence behind those beans. Meet Francisco Aguilar — the man behind the scenes, season after season, making it happen.

Francisco oversees the day-to-day magic on the farm — from harvest timing and processing to drying and prep. He’s the reason those coffees arrive sweet, clean, and consistent year after year. He’s never asked for credit — and never asked for anything in return.

But now, we have a chance to give something back.

Francisco’s 12-year-old son, Javier, just earned a spot on a regional youth soccer team after a competitive trial. He’s been invited to travel to Colombia later this year to compete internationally — a massive opportunity for a boy growing up in rural El Salvador.

The challenge? Travel, tournament fees, passports, gear — it all adds up. And it’s far beyond what the family can cover alone.

We’re hoping to raise $2,500 to cover the full cost of getting Javier there — so he can compete with pride, fully equipped, and fully supported.

If you’ve ever benefitted from the coffee Francisco has helped bring to life — if Loma La Gloria has ever added something beautiful to your lineup — please consider helping us send his son to chase a dream.

Let’s show Francisco that his work doesn’t go unseen.
Let’s show Javier that the world is full of people rooting for him.

With appreciation and heart,
Anny Ruth
