Imagine losing your job, your home, and your sense of stability all at once. For too many people here in Pickens County SC, that’s not just a fear — it’s their reality.
That’s why Tracy and Sunshine Gantt Ministries opened Pickens County Shelter of Hope in 2020 — the first and only homeless shelter in the county. Since then, they’ve welcomed 50–60 people every single day. Seniors, veterans, young adults aging out of foster care, folks in recovery — they’ve all found safety, dignity, and a fresh start here. Thousands have called this place “home.”
But now, through no fault of their own, their building is at risk. If they lose it, Pickens County will have no shelter at all — and dozens of residents could be forced right back onto the streets.
They're fighting with everything they’ve got. Whether it’s raising funds to buy their building, or relocating their residents into another safe place, they can’t do it alone.
Every single dollar you give goes straight to keeping these men and women safe and giving them hope for tomorrow. Please donate what you can, and share this campaign with your friends and family. Together, we can keep HOPE alive in Pickens County.
❤️ Donate today — and help save hope.
