Lets Rally to Help the Jaegers!

Thanks for taking a look at Chris & Ashleys situation and considering a donation to their current situation!

I have worked with Chris for almost ten years, and in that time we have become very close friends. To say he is an amazing person is quite an understatement. He's one of the most caring, resourceful, prepared and loyal people I've ever met.

A few weeks ago, he began having difficulty swallowing and began seeing his doctor regarding the situation. After several tests and substantially worsening symptoms, Chris and Ashley received some of the worst news. Esophageal Cancer with multiple metastases to his lymph nodes, liver and knee. It's been less than two weeks since an initial Cancer diagnosis and Chris has already spent several nights in the hospital.

Chris told me about this situation on the last day of his regular work week and was not able to return just two days later. Its very unlikely he will be able to work for quite some time while they work to manage his current condition and symptoms and then begin chemotherapy.

I want to do whatever I can to help Chris, Ashley and their son in this battle - they have enough to worry about without adding finances into the mix! There will be so much added cost with constant trips to Foothills Hospital in Calgary, extra childcare, hotel rooms, loss of income, etc. If you can, please consider donating! I know that if the roles were reversed, Chris would be doing all he could for me!
