Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I’m reaching out on behalf of someone who means a lot to me — Monica Perry. Monica recently underwent ankle replacement surgery, a major procedure that was necessary to restore mobility and improve her quality of life after dealing with ongoing pain and limitations for the last 3 years.
If you know Monica, you know she’s incredibly strong, independent, and not one to ask for help — even when she needs it. That’s why I’m stepping in to do it for her.
As Monica focuses on healing, she’s currently awaiting her disability coverage (that can take so freaking long) and is facing a growing stack of everyday bills — things like utilities, food, and basic necessities. While she’s not looking for anything extravagant, a little help right now would go a long way in easing some of the financial pressure during this recovery period.
We’re hoping to raise $3,000 to put towards a few months of rent and essentials while Monica regains her strength and mobility. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference — and if you can’t give financially, sharing this campaign is another great way to support her.
Let’s rally around Monica and show her that she doesn’t have to face this recovery alone.
With all my love and gratitude,
Rose
