Let's Rally to Help David As He Battles Melanoma
Donation protected
Anyone that’s ever met David would probably agree... as an Assistant Chief in a Fire Department and as a person, he’d give the shirt off his back to a stranger, he gives unselfishly to his community and everyone around him, and his smile and sense of humor are absolutely contagious.
Recently, David was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with two brain tumors and a brain bleed requiring emergency surgery. He also has a mass in one lung. To add insult to injury, his wife/primary caregiver, Dee, recently fell and broke her leg and can no longer work as an EMT to help provide for their needs.
David and Dee aren’t ones to ask for help. But as he recovers from brain surgery and gears up for his battle against this aggressive type of melanoma, with their blessing, I humbly ask on their behalf for our amazing community to step in and show support to their family.
When faced with a battle like this, the last worry on their mind should be a financial one. Any amount, small or large is so incredibly appreciated and helpful.
If funds are donated beyond what the family is in need of, David has expressed the desire for funds to be given back in support of a local fire department or to local fire families in need.
Thank you again so very much!
