Our beautiful friend Toni has weathered more than her fair share of upheaval over the past couple of years.

Recently, she’s faced an extra run of challenges — an injury to her hand that required surgery and a year of medical investigations that has now culminated in a breast cancer diagnosis.

Toni will undergo surgery on December 16th. Not the Xmas she or the kids had hoped for.

As many of you know, Toni is a single mum of four wonderful kids and the sole force behind her small business. The stress of ongoing health challenges has already taken a toll on her ability to work and the months ahead will add even more pressure.

If you know Toni, you’ll know that having a GoFundMe created for her makes her feel acutely uncomfortable. She is far more used to being the first to offer help than the one receiving it.

But we also know her priority right now has to be her health and a little help from her community will give her the space she needs to heal without financial stress sitting on her shoulders.

Our hope is that this fundraiser can ease some of the day-to-day costs, support her beautiful kids and allow her to focus entirely on treatment and recovery.
