Let's Rally Around Ronni!

Our vibrant, energetic, beautiful mother had an incredibly unexpected stroke on 12/7/23. She is stable, working hard and currently at Moss Rehabilitation Center undergoing intensive physical and speech therapies. Although in good spirits, her life looks completely different than it did a week ago. A life she has built and rebuilt over and over again for herself and for the greater good of her loved ones.

To know our mom is to love her with your whole heart. She lives her life thinking of others; making them feel loved and thought of. Recent example: She made us bring her nurses cookies on her first day in the hospital, and asked us to help her write thank you cards for all of them on her last. She is an amazing mom to us, our partners and all of our friends. Additionally, she is a loving and active Bubie, a sister, a volunteer, and a dear heart to lifelong and newly made friends and strangers. Ronni gives her heart, time, care, thoughts, and warmest energy to everyone. She embodies selflessness and truly puts others needs at the top of her list. Everyday.

Our mom will soon be leaving Moss and entering into a chapter in her life that will require much support. (A huge change for this independent woman). Not only do we want to provide Ronni with the best therapy and care she deserves, we don't want her to worry about any additional medical bills and/or stressors that she cannot control right now.

Currently, our mom is gaining strength in her left leg, slowly but surely. At the moment, she cannot move her left arm and is unable to walk.

All donations are so greatly appreciated! The money you are able to donate will go toward how, where and with whom our mom receives her therapy. It will also go toward any medical costs, bills and food (as our mom has dietary restrictions). Please also share this if you are able.

Let’s rally around this amazing woman. She is a fighter; she’s had to be stronger than she should have to be. But she could use our love and support right now and she most certainly is so deserving.
