Hi everyone, I'm Jack from SnapSolar, and I'm fundraising for my mate Jake and his family.

Jake is in his mid-30s, a dad to two beautiful young boys, and was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma. A couple of months ago he reached out to me about getting a battery installed at the family home. Since then, life has thrown him a massive curveball.

While Jake is away for a few days, the SnapSolar team is installing the battery system he originally enquired about, completely free of charge. His family are in on it, and we'll be there to surprise him when he gets home.

But I want to take it one step further. Jake and his family have had other financial pressures come up through all of this, so I'd love for our community to rally around them and raise $10,000 to take a bit of that weight off their shoulders.

Every dollar raised goes directly to Jake and his family to help with medical costs, everyday bills and whatever else they need while Jake focuses on his health and his family. Jake will be added as the beneficiary so the funds go straight to him.

We've only got one week, so whether it's $20, $50, $500 or more, it all adds up. The goal is to have a massive cheque sitting next to that battery when Jake walks through the door.
