This is Tyler, he is 13 years old heading into the 8th grade at Mountain Ridge Middle School. His father is Brent Sherrard, Principal at Valley View Elementary & his Mother is Kelley, a local Berkeley County School teacher. They had planned a summer vacation last week, only a couple days together, Tyler became ill. He ending up in the hospital in Maine and diagnosed with cancer. He remains there still today.
