I’m practically bursting with pride and excitement as I write this—my nephew, Jair Richardson, has been accepted into a private high school that fits him like a glove! He’s buzzing with ideas, plans, and dreams, and honestly, his joy is contagious. This school is the kind of place that will challenge him, cheer for him, and help him grow into the incredible young man he’s becoming.

But as you can imagine, being raised by a single mother that works harder than she should, cost of tuition, books, and uniforms is… well, let’s just say it’s a challenge that we need to face head-on. And that’s why I’m reaching out with a heart full of hope, faith and gratitude. The saying “It takes a village” cannot be further from the truth. Jair is loved by all who meet him and WE ALL want to see him succeed. We are counting on family, church family, and friends to help Jair get through his first year of High School come September 2026. I know right…time flies!!
