Let's Lend Mike a Hand

Hello. It's me, Xtine. Some of you know that Mike Fulham was Daniel Lavoie's roommate, and Dan has passed. His family needs to sell his condo and they already have a buyer. Thus, Mike needs to be out by December 1, 2022. The buyer is paying in cash and waiving an inspection. There is no way, even with your help, Mike would be able to keep the condo and continue to live there. He needs to move, and unfortunately, he needs to do it quickly. This wasn't in anyone's plan. Having your roommate pass on and having to find a new home quickly, and without warning, isn't in anyone's plan. Though Mike and I haven't been together for quite a few years, he is still a very important person in my life. He's a great guy who would give you the shirt off of his back but will refuse to ask for any help for himself. He has no idea that I'm doing this for him. I won't tell him until after we reach some sort of a goal, and I can give him the money. I will then share this page with him. If you can help at all, it would be greatly appreciated.
