Cancer statistics are now 1 in 2 - Mark Anderson  recently shared his story - very brave of him ! until it happens to you or your family you do not realise the huge impact this dreadful disease has on you and your loved ones.  

Mark has a wife and two young children and is just at the beginning of his cancer journey -
once your treatment is complete your life
doesn’t suddenly resume where you left off sadly , medication can have lasting  effects on your health and mental well-being. 

some of my friends raised money for me whichhelped me to take a holiday last year I was so lucky and thankful. 

im planning on running 100k in March which may not seem much but I’m on cancer meds for at least another 4 years - the biggest side effect is osteoporosis , I actually feel about 80 in my bones. I’m running every day in March.
