We’re raising funds to support and strengthen our school’s music programme, giving every child the opportunity to experience the joy, confidence and creativity that music can bring.

Last year, £21,500 raised by FOLV was used to fund music provision in the school. This includes our partnership with Wandsworth Music, through which children across the school take part in a fantastic range of musical experiences.

Every year group from Year 1 upwards takes part in the Singing Project, working towards a special concert at the end of term in wonderful venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Fairfield Halls. Children also have the opportunity to learn musical instruments as part of their school experience - for example, every child in Year 4 has weekly violin lessons.

We want to make sure these opportunities continue to be available to every child at OLV. Every donation, large or small, will help us provide instruments, lessons, performances and memorable musical experiences for our children.

Thank you for helping us keep music thriving in our school!
