Hello all, my name is Mateo and I'm raising funds so that I can buy a new car. On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, I was T-boned on my way to work, and unfortunately, the accident left my car totaled. This wasn't something I could have anticipated or prepared for. The ripple effect of losing my car landed me in the hospital and has left me without reliable means to get to work, which is 30 miles away from home. Regardless, I'm so grateful to have my life and would much prefer having to face this challenge than what could have happened. I have most of what I need to purchase a new car and am hoping that this fundraiser will bridge the gap. I don't typically like asking for this kind of assistance, but my pride means less to me than having reliable transportation.
