Owner, Tamera Willis, is passionate not only about kickboxing, but also about helping people find the joy in fitness. Since relocating to Bozeman for business opportunities in construction three years ago, Tamera has been wanting to bring the amazing workout that fitness kickboxing offers to her new community as a fun way to get more members of the community active throughout the year. Kickboxing is a great workout that can be effective for all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.
Mission
Provide fitness classes to members that not only burn calories but are fun to participate in. We feature fitness kickboxing classes that provide an excellent cardiovascular workout. The goal of every class is to have some fun while learning and practicing kickboxing techniques and burning calories.
Every 45-minute class includes a warm-up, cool-down, and 30 minutes of cardio and strength exercises meant to target the whole body. All instructors are trained to provide modifications up and down to accommodate all fitness levels. Never touched a heavy bag before? Trained Muay Thai for years? As long as you're ready to have some fun and burn some calories, we've got the workout for you!
