My name is Samuel Jimenez, I am 27 years old. I am Venezuelan living in Argentina. I will tell you my story: 
I had a car accident on Tuesday, December 4, 2020.

The accident happened when I was driving my motorcycle to the town of Crespo, Argentina. As I was moving to my destination, an Amarok truck crossed my path, it was so sudden that it was impossible to avoid it and I ended up crashing head-on with the passenger door. As a result of the accident, I was transferred to the Sanatorio Adventista del Plata (Sanatorium) with very serious injuries. Currently I have an exposed fracture of the right leg, lungs in compromised condition due to the impact of the accident, scrapes and cuts on the chest. Fortunately, from wearing the helmet, I had no head injuries. At the Sanatorium, they took care of first aid and then they transferred me to the San Martin Hospital, located in Paraná, Argentina. There they performed the first surgery on my leg, which consisted of deep cleaning of my wounds. At the same time, I have a clove that goes through the ankle and is attached to a weight, which allows the traction of the leg. Clove removal should be done in a second surgery.
It is very important that I have surgery as soon as possible and I wish to be transferred to the Sanatorio Adventista del Plata, where they can perform this procedure. In the meantime, I have not been able to move because I do not have the financial resources to do so.


The corresponding inquiries regarding life insurance are being made, but the surgery must be done urgently and I can't wait until the insurers do all the procedures to see if they cover my operation or not.
This is why I request your help with all my heart to be able to get out of this situation soon.

Mi nombre es Samuel Jimenez de 27 años de edad. Soy venezolano residenciado en Argentina. Sufrí un accidente automovilístico el día martes 04 de diciembre de 2020.

El accidente paso cuando iba manejando mi moto hacia la localidad de Crespo, Argentina. Mientras se desplazaba a su destino, una camioneta Amarok se atravesó en mi camino, fue tan repentino que fui imposible esquivarla y terminé estrellándome de frente con la puerta del copiloto. Como resultado del accidente, me trasladaron al Sanatorio Adventista del Plata con heridas muy graves. Actualmente tengo una fractura expuesta de tibia y peroné de la pierna derecha, pulmones en comprometido estado debido al impacto del accidente, raspones y cortadas en el pecho. Afortunadamente por el uso del casco, no tuve lesiones en la cabeza. En el Sanatorio se hicieron cargo de los primeros auxilios y luego me trasladaron al Hospital San Martin, ubicado en Paraná, Argentina. Allí me realizaron la primera cirugía en mi pierna, que consistió en la limpieza a profundidad de mis heridas. A su vez tengo un clavo que atraviesa el tobillo y esta sujetado a un peso, el cual permite la tracción de la pierna. La extracción del clavo debe realizarse en una segunda cirugía.

Es muy importante que me operen lo mas pronto posible y deseo ser poder trasladado al Sanatorio Adventista del Plata donde pueden realizarme dicho procedimiento. Por ahora no me he podido trasladar porque no cuento con los recursos económicos para hacerlo.

Las averiguaciones correspondientes con respecto a los seguros de vida hay están siendo hechas. Pero la cirugía se debe realizar urgentemente y no puede esperar hasta que las aseguradoras realicen todos los procedimientos para ver si cubren o no mi operación.

Es por esto que solicito tu ayuda con todo mi corazón para poder salir de esta situación pronto.
