Theresa Sam is an amazing human! She is a beloved daughter, mom, sister and grandma, devoted friend and fierce advocate for native families. She has helped heal so many people around her - now it is her turn for some healing and love. So her ICWA Sisterhood is asking for some help for our dear Theresa.
As many of you know Theresa has conquered Covid-19 after a very hard battle, and her healing process continues. The road will be long and challenging but we all know that Theresa is strong, full of faith and brave beyond words.
During Theresa's battle with Covid-19 many of us longed to help, to do something to support this amazing woman. Now that she is on her road to healing, back at home and working to get stronger we have a chance to show her our love by making her recovery a little bit easier. With funds raised through this effort Theresa will not have to worry as much, she will be able to get back to her joyous and funny self that much faster.
